Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I'm not a big casserole person, but sometimes a good casserole just fits the bill. So here you go. Easy. Yummy. Filling. And I dare say would be good for any morning or special occasion or even weeknight for that matter. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb loose sausage,  browned 
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups tater tots 

Method
 

  1. Combine eggs and half and half. 
  2. Add cooked sausage, 1 cup cheese and tater tots.
  3. Pour into greased casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes until bubbly around edges and slightly brown. 
  5. To make ahead, follow all directions up until cooking and refrigerate.
