Method
- Make pizza dough and let rise while preparing toppings.
- Saute onion, peppers and sausage. Drain.
- Spread dough into slightly greased cast iron skillet (can use any size - larger the skillet, thinner the dough.)
- Pour tomato sauce evenly over dough and spread meat and veggies over.
- Top with italian seasoning and cheese.
- Bake at 425 until browned and bubbly.
