Ingredients
  

  • 1 LB ground round
  • ⅓ c quick cooking oats
  • Small onion diced
  • ¼ c ketchup
  • Splash milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ c ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard or horseradish

Equipment

  • Cast Iron Skillet

Method
 

  1. Mix
  2. Patty into large circle, place in skillet
  3. Bake at 350 for 40 min
  4. Top with ketchup mixture and cook another 10 min (or to 160°)
