Quick & Easy Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 Cups Fruit
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 Cup Self Rising Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk

Method
 

  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Melt butter in skillet or dish in warming oven (8x8 or 9x13)
  3. Mix sugar, flour and milk and pour batter over melted butter
  4. Place berries or fruit on topĀ 
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
  6. Serve warm (with ice cream for the ultimate cobbler experience!)
